Sticky brake pedal

Has any one else noticed like if your sitting still and push really hard on the brakes the peddle or something will stick. It won't even let the truck move while it's in gear. It releases as soon as ya hit the gas but idk if it will lead to other things down the road?

I wouldnt wait to long. Keep the damage and the problem to a minimum.

Noticed this the other day, sitting and waiting for the wife at a store. Truck in gear, holding the brake, let off......sticks, then releases. It's almost "hydraulic" feeling?

Is it possible that the hill start assist is engaging?
Or an off road hold assist?

May be your caliper sticking, not releasing the rotor fully until sufficient torque is applied to break free. Check your pads and see if they are wearing evenly or if there is any rotor warpage.

Shouldn't be. 300 miles on a new rap! I think it's definitely the calipers sticking though.
