So I finally switched out my plugs yesterday, took me less then 1 1/2 hours to do all eight. Took my time.
I was expecting it to be really a pain in the ass but DAMN they were easy.
53,700 miles on them and this is what they looked like.

Then I replaced them with these.

This thing prrrrrs like a kitten and ROARS like a Monster now.:wizhuh:

I've got 45K on my truck and its running a little rough. I'm thinking changing the plugs might help. What was your doing before and after?

It would definitely idle a little rough and revving it you could feel the truck like shake a bit.
Now it's all nice and smooth. Like an even sound at revving if that makes sense.
