Does anyone else have a problem with rust developing under the hood area? The following pics show exactly where I'm referring to;
The second pic doesn't show it too clearly, but there is rust at the base of the bolt where it threads into the frame. I took it to my local dealer and a rep took pics, but I haven't heard anything back from them and I didn't get any sort of paperwork stating I have a rust issue. This was about 2 months ago.
Also, I don't live near the ocean and my truck has only seen snow once when it was driven down here. Any suggestions?
