Plastic door panel

I need help if anyone can re direct me to a post or tell me a quick DIY fix that would be much appreciated. The panel is on the drivers side and I really don't know if I should take it in and get charged a fortune, hasn't caused a lot of damage to the paint yet.

I'm not sure how this panel is atthached, but I would attempt to remove it completely and then re-attach it securely. If you damage the panel, you could always wrap it with black carbon fiber vinyl.

Search the site here some more. Someone posted on replacing them. Looks like a pain. they are double stick tape attached and also held by the rubber strip. If I recall they were like $100 each or so. Mine are all scratched up from offroading. When I decide to spruce up the truck I'll just wrap them in carbon fiber or something.
