Have heard about these in the past and like that the hose is stainless. Haven't picked one up yet, but I usually go heavier duty (if given a choice) and this is only about $18.00.
I carry an inflator anyway, so when I drop the spare, I can just add air then.
I just got hit up to swap out my spare with someone else who is using the black spare wheels, and trading for his stock greys with me and 3 other guys...I said sure, so I have a matching spare...any reason not to do this?
