Thinking about going to a K&N replacement filter. Any thoughts on this. Air flow, filtration, over a stock filter?
Thanks.

I've run the K&N on all my vehicles, never had any issues. One thing i recommend is brining an extra filter if you go play in the dirt and sand. The oil in the K&N does its job, but kills performance on the drive home, or if it get wet.

I carry a cheap filter as a back up

Dropped the K&N into mine yesterday and what a difference.

:hmmm2:OK . . this begs the question . .

What was the difference ? . . was it intake sound?

has anyone measured performance of Raptor on a dyno with K&N?

Put my filter in last week. Noticed a slight intake sound increase and maybe a slight change in performance. Could be a heavier foot!

That's right! Difference in what? Sound, mileage, power...? Please let us know!

Slight diff in power and minimal sound compared to the Airaid I used to have. Doubt I'll Dyno it for a $50 filter.

Been doing this for 50K miles. Not sure about any more noise or increase of power. But for $35 filter and $20 oil kit, I think it was worth it.
