Front diff is a Ford 8.8 reverse rotation.

Black RTV for the 'gaskets'

that makes life easy. I absolutely hate using rtv for the gaskets. lube lockers are re useable and you don't have to wait for the rtv to dry to fill the thing.

The RTV below is what I use now. I use to use black RTV, but this stuff is specifically designs to be used on differentials.

The differential gear lubes I use and highly recommend are linked below

Front diff (need 2 quarts)
AMSOIL Severe Gear® 75W-90

Rear Diff (need 3 quarts with stock cover and 5 quarts with aftermarket cover)
AMSOIL Severe Gear® 75W-140

If you aren't already, you can join the Amsoil preferred customer membership to save up to 25% off the retail pricing at the link below. It is well worth it and saves a bundle if you plan to properly maintain all your vehicles and toys. Let me know if you have any questions.

No RTV is better than "The Right Stuff".

Does the front diff not have a drain plug anymore? My old F150 with the 8.8 IFS had plugs for fill and drain. You can add a drain plug to the rear cover if you want to change it often.

Be advised that Ford glues the differential covers on as if they never intend you to service them. That's not so hard on the rear because you can remove the spare tire and gain complete access to the whole circumference of the differential cover. Not so the front. It's shoehorned in there real tight, and I didn't even try to remove the cover. I just pulled the fill plug and pumped out as much lube as I could. I got about 3/4 of it out, which isn't too bad if you service it regularly. No drain plug on the factory front differential.
