Changing front coilover shocks

Does anyone have a how to video or guide on how to change out front coilover shocks? Doing it for the first time on friday.

It's not too complicated, though much better if there's someone who can help you since you have no experience doing it yet.

Be aware you that need a monster torque wrench for the bottom shock nut (406 lb/ft)
