You actually do not have to take that loose to replace the rotors and pads. Take the two bolts loose that hold the caliper on and then remove the caliper from the wheel "hub". Then install new pads. Loosen the bleeder screw on the caliper and use a clamp to collapse the caliper pistons into the caliper. Once that is done, install the new pads on the new/turned rotor and put it back on and then bleed the line via the bleed screw on the caliper that is a 10mm. That should be all you need. That balancer does not have to be removed.
