Bumper rust

Have a great black on black 2014 Raptor, has anyone had problems with front bumper rusting BADLY??
Already repainted the small muscle grey/ silver area that looks like part of skid plate ( 100% rust on metal under primer...now getting the cancer bubbles on other areas...

Any help ?

I went an had mine sand blasted and then line-x'd to get rid of the rock chips and to avoid any issues.
