Bump stop charge

Anybody know what my Outlaw bump stop's should be charged to? I know they are charged with nitrogen, just wondering if its 100psig or not? I think they are low as I hear them bottoming out with a load in my box.

Looks like they use Fox which is the same for the RPG bump stop, 200psi

EDIT: Could be wrong, looks like Outlaw uses Fox 2.0's and RPG uses 2.5's

200 PSI is what they come charged to brand new, but thats pretty hard for actually using them

150psi then?

I have the outlaw kit as well and run 80 PSI in my fox 2.0's.

I also don't jump it though...

I have bottomed out over some rolling hills before and it seemed like the right amount pressure.

I run 125 in mine

For weight carrying I would start around there. For off-road I would start around 100-125 with stock shocks

I think i'll start at 150, going to recharge them tomorrow, will post pics, etc

Yeah, I was right, they needed recharging, to say the least!

I used my hvac gauges and nitrogen tank to recharge the stops.


Passenger side was at only 30psig!


Drivers side was even less, wtf


Charged them to 150 psig


You can see where the semi-shiny metal is, this is where they were when new and then they lost there charge and I've been driving around where the really dirty line is. If mine are any indication as to how long these stay charged, I'm guessing they should be checked every year in the least, if not every offroad adventure.
