I am about to change my brakes on my truck and I noticed what looks like to be a sensor on one of the caliper bolts? Does anybody know what's the best method on removing it? I'm guessing to use an open ended wrench? I included a pic, any help would be great.

jesse, it is just a vibration damper to reduce noise, that is all.

Good question jesse, I will have to check. I know what it is from reading and have been asked several times what it is, but have not yet removed one. Not sure if it is an integral part of the bolt or not.
