That's within specs per the manual. Disconnect your after market lights from the source and run that puddle again but slow too as described in the manual and see if it still does it.

I had some similar happen in the middle of a river in Silverton Colorado. Could not figure it out, eventually restarted. Got home and dumped cups of water all over the engine and bam, the engine cuts out. Was literally a needle sized pin hole in a spark plug wire. So look for exposed electrical connections, after market crap is the root of evil so often.
