See I am starting to think if I want to switch to beadlock then I need air from 0 psi. Will a 10# C02 tank be enough?

No. I don't have bead locks. I only air down to 25-30 PSI. No need to go lower here in lovely SoCal

Wondering if anyone knows the difference between the ViAir 400P-Automatic and the 450P-Automatic?

Looking at the specs the 400P, it has 2.54CFM and designed for up to 35" tires. It also shows it fills a 35" from 15 to 30psi in 2min 20secs.

The 450P is 1.66CFM and designed for 37". You would think this one would be more powerful and faster but the CFM is lower (it does cost more too). It shows a 35" fill from 15 to 30psi in 3 min 30secs. A whole minute slower.

Why?

I am thinking of getting the C02 and a compressor as a backup.

Ah ok you want portable got it! Also the differences between the two might be constant duty or not that might be why one is faster than the other just guessing here lol
