I'm personally not worried about it. The amp draw should be directly related to the pressure, and the 95amp rating is probably at the max rated pressure of 150psi. I'm not sure what the curve looks like for this unit, and I don't have any way to measure the actual amp draw, but I doubt that it draws more than 50A at 45psi.
However, even using the worst case of 95A and figuring 6 minutes of run time, we're only talking 9.5 amp-hours of drain from a 65AH battery. This is about 15% of the battery's capacity.
I don't make a habit of it, but I have refilled my tires w/o the engine running and noticed nothing unusual during startup.
