Build Plate Received

Hello everyone, The build plate I ordered from Raptor Embroidery on October 21st, 2015 was received today - January 15th, 2016. (86 days)

I had intially made the mistake of ordering a 2014 preorder build plate.





Calder sent a refund shortly after this thread was started:



Afterwards many emails and PM'S were sent with no response.

The build plate was made on December 31st, 2015 when Calder sent me pictures of the item.

I believe Calder at Raptor Embroidery does exceptional work however, there seems to be a miscommunication with the customer as few others have stated in this thread. I simple email or PM would have sufficed to explain any delays or setbacks.

Mods this is resolved.
