There he was, still wrapped up and on the truck:

The next day, at 6000 feet elevation. 400 miles on the clock

My wife hates this one

About a week later my wheels were done at the powdercoat shop:

Plastidipped all the factory grey:

Went mid perch, changed to a 2wd rear block to lower it about 2", and changed to MTR/Kevlar 35/12.5

Next thing I did after that was a 40" M&R behind the grill and a plug n play HID bixenon kit

My exhaust changed a few times over the last year or so. I ended up with dual 3" Spintech with an X pipe dumped where the spare should be. Its dumped under the back seat in these pics but the drone was crazy.

That's enough for tonight. I'll start up again tomorrow!

Very nice!

Any thoughts on the Generals vs the Goodyear MTR/Kevlar?

The MT/R was the 6 ply so it was pretty light and rode great. Worked great in sand, mud, snow, gravel. They were a little soft compound but I beat them hard and they did ok.

I switched to Generals this time honestly because I wanted the red letter. I had a set a couple years ago on my super duty and liked them then.

Love your posts on Instagram dude, you look like your constantly having fun in that truck

Haha yea my wife says I post too much of it... I highly disagree lol

I think the next thing on the list is the front bumper. My buddy actually built it for his truck, then when he decided to sell and move on to his next project we swapped. I paid him $150 and covered the materials so I'm into it about $300. Its got a radius top hoop, also!

I swapped in factory '13 FX4 projectors with a Raptor Retrofit harness. I know the aftermarket retrofits are better, but these things are awesome too

I stuffed 2 rocks through one tire in one day so I decided it was time for a change. I looked for Projects for a week or 2 but ended up deciding to just go with 35" Generals. I love how they look and the red letters are bomb
