does anyone know where the PCM gets its information for setting idle?

and does it get different info during warm up, or is it set to a certain parameter during warm up??

just not sure what to check next?

Gotta ask. have you swapped out the maf sensor.

mass air flow sensor

sorry read back and saw you had replaced it. you also have a throttle body involved.

also replaced Throttle body with new...no change...leaning toward one of the following:

1 Throttle petal
2 PCM
3 Crank position sensor (shows fine in scanner)

I wouldn't think the crank sensor would be a issue. truck starts and runs. it does monitor timing and crank position. When you had it on a scanner could you see the variable camshaft timing position, the vct has 4 modes idle, part throttle, wide open throttle and default. pcm determines the angle based on air flow and oil and coolant temp. soooo if the angle is wrong when she warms up may cause your problem. just trying to give you some ideas.

I only think pedal based on what might happen in a major accident. Maybe the person jammed the pedal or some shit.. anyways. It's worth a try with perhaps a PedalMax.
