Thought I would do a build thread. Seems like fun, and maybe it helps others with ideas. I will post pics in the order I have done everything so far. This will be a work in progress as I am not finished. Who is?

Recon smoked tail and 3rd brake lights- I know Recon sucks, but I liked the look

8/20/14
bumpers, fenders, skid plate custom painted matte black-Plastidip just not durable enough

9/2/14
37 BFG AT"S

Costs: Keep in mind I am not very handy, so one guy has done the install so the pricing reflects labor.

Whipple SC - $9k
Kooks full exhaust - $3k
Lights - $1750
Plasti-dip, then custom paint - $1200
muffler/roll-x/mid-perch/tips - $1600
BFG AT 37's - $1200(got a steal here as got $800 credit for old ones which had 15k on them-this also includes lifetime balance and replacement)
Hood wrap - $550
DVD headrests- $350
5 star tune and CAI(no longer on obviously) - $750
Extras - $1400 (smaller pulley, tail and brake lights, aeroforce guage, plugs, vent light, bed lights)

Total - $20k(holy shitballs my wife would kill me if she knew!)

Still to do:

Upgrade drive train
Change gears- 4.88 I think
different rims and tires-down the road, just bought 37's BFG AT's
Do something with the plastic on the back bumper-just does not look right now that everything in matte black
upgrade suspension-not sure if that is needed as I just off-road at my ranch
mud flaps-cant decide if I like the look

Pictures coming soon

@RaptorFlipper it seemed more reasonable to move our discussion here. This was some stuff I had bookmarked from when biggest did his transmission http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f24/custom-built-super-charged-raptor-32584/index11.html I wasn't sure if you had considered anything that he had done to his transmission. I know the 6r80 is a solid transmission but have along with some of those things have you looked into a tranny cooler? I don't know what temps your trans sees but I talked to the guys at RPG and they said there cooler could lower temps by about 30 degrees. And heat is what causes the death of autos.
