Here is the fastener locations. I pried the vents up using a pry tool. It was easiest to remove prying inward, meaning, the outside fasteners towards the middle of the hood, and the inward fasteners towards the outside of the hood. 2fd6f7bffc698afb79cf7307ffcb2bfa.jpg5bcf805e4a158eb62af5a7647bceddc3.jpg486cf8ab7283a95e070428bef176175e.jpg

More Airflow Mod

Well I haven't seen anything like this on the forums but I decided to move my stock horn and ambient temperature sensor from in front of the grill and tuck them out of the way. More air throguh the radiator and cant be a bad thing and it makes more room for my planned cooling upgrades.

I used my pry tool and removed the sensor first. Then I unscrewed the stock horn bracket and replaced the screw back in the hole. From there I removed two fasteners with my pry tool to fold forward the rubber air dam. I removed another plastic fastener holding the electrical wire in place. I tucked the horns on the bracket to the right of the passenger headlight and zip tied it in place around the pillar. I placed the electrical wire also behind the dawn and found two stock holes at the bottom that the air sensor snapped into perfectly. From there I replaced the dam and pushed the connectors back in place. The horns do leave bumps on the air dam but it looks factory to me.

I upgraded my tranny cooler from 4 row to 6 rows. Part number Dorman 918-234. Fits in stock location, ten minute process. Compress the clamps to release the hoses. I took the top one off first and curled it back into the hole to keep from spilling fluid while undoing the bottom hose. Reconnect both hoses and slide left to right back into place. BOOM! 50% more cooling area for the tranny. Looks clean with the horns relocated. Now for a power steering cooler for the passenger side.

Also added kicker tweeters in the pillars.
