2014 Ruby Red Build Up

So instead of being all over the forum in various places, I decided to start a build thread. I've started to do a lot to the truck and have many more plans in the near future!

I'll start with the day I brought her home! It was the end of June 2014 from the dealership in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

1st and 2nd Mods...

So much to do but where do you start? I thought Aux lighting was important for night runs, so got a Baja Designs 40 inch OnX6 light bar for behind the grille. Then I won some KC HiLites in a bezel made just for the stock front bumper while I was up at the Raptor Rendezvous in CT. The bezel was made by FordRaptorLights.Com

Exhaust time!

So....finally time for the exhaust. So much research. So many videos. Finally went with Stainless Works Lightning Style. Took advantage of their free install for military which is awesome. It's a notch louder than stock at idle but really comes alive when you get on it. I am going to do the headers down the road but going to TRY and wait until the warranty runs out.

So its a Lightning Style Catback with a factory connect using a 2 in 2 out resonator.

They even had their professional media team take these photos for me and gave me a tour of the place!

It's all about the little things...

Next up some little things I did. I swear I found the best phone mount money can buy, and of course just like many other of my "ideas" they were all things I found out about on here! LOL.

First up the Mob Armor phone mount. I got the magnet for the truck and the clamp for my Motorcycle and Mountain Bike. It's a one stop solution for everywhere I need my phone. Even worked with my giant Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in an Otter box.

Also thought the seat covers from Sunrise Tactical Gear would be an awesome edition to the truck!

My hood wrap from Josh at Rappy Graphics arrived yesterday and I have an appointment to get it installed on Thursday!

Also got the matching FORD letters.

Ordered a rear light bar from the Rear Light Bar store and it also should be going on the truck this week.

All that in addition to getting my Mid Perch finally done and Line Xing the Fenders!

Here is my Hood Wrap and FORD letters from Rappy Graphics.

Added Fire Extinguisher and Mount from H3R Performance. Also a rear light bar from the Rear Light Bar Store. The 2 Amber lights in the middle are wired to Aux 3, the Green Strobes have a separate controller, and the Red lights on the outside are wired to the tail/brake lights.

Lastly for now, I finally did the mid perch, and line-x on the fenders!
