How does a used Raptor still exist with 1800 miles??

The previous owner of my Raptor is a car dealership owner. He has another 30 cars sitting in storage that he never drives. I guess he needed room to buy some new cars. According to another car dealer I know this is quite common. It is absolutely brand new. I've put more wear on it in 2 weeks by far. The deal was too good to pass on. She is much happier now that she gets to play in the mud BTW.
