Hi Everyone,
Those of us who live in States where a front plate is required, this is the answer.
CJ PONY has a bracket that mounts under the bumper so the inter cooler is not covered as much and the tag can be removed when necessary. They have a great video that shows the installation process. So don't have the dealer drill holes in the bumper for the plate. Hope this is informative.
