Hello all, Raptor blues

well, finally bought a used 17 about a month ago and was waiting to post pics until my shell was on.
Last night the transmission went out and was towed to the local dealer. No gears and grinding to put in park. dealer called me this morning and asked what was wrong with it since they just drove it into the shop (of course).

Anyway, lots of good info here, glad to be part of it.

Hey, at least it's under warranty! Hope they solve the issue relatively fast

Congrats on the purchase but that's too bad about the tranny issue you're dealing with. Hope it gets rectified ASAP and you're back out on the road.

Are you sure its not just stuck between 2h/4h and 4lo.

That can happen easy on a 14 and just takes a bit of patience to remedy.

ended up being the transfer case, Ford put some new forks in it and im back on the road.
