Another newbie

Hello all from north of Atlanta! Been lurking and learning from the site. Thanks for all the info so far. Registered tonight to join in on the fun, and dive into the Baja designs laser light future. Having fun with my first truck, 18 SCREW here! I have a long past of fun sporty German cars, and felt the need for a change. This is a different thing, and I love Modding aka can’t “Leave well enough alone” as I’ve been told. With a truck like this, I’m not even really sure where to begin, or how much I even care to change… For a change!

And FWIW I don’t know that guy that always says the V8 is on its way and blah blah blah blah blah. But, I DO know a guy, and he’s an engineer on Mars, that is on the top secret Raptor Dev team working Silently on the 2018.75 edition that has something bad ass coming for all of us!

Seriously though, looking forward to making some modest changes to a badass truck that I am thankful was designed for the masses and we all can enjoy. And yes, I already know the GEN 1 sounds better and is an awesome truck. Almost bought one. It was a tough call but I am happy with my choice and intro to off road so far.

I added a couple obligatory pics of my 2nd day in the Raptor and as proof I actually have it and know why the hell is up in this place. Lol

Be careful looking at any of the lighting vendor sites or you’ll end up with a much lighter wallet. For real.

I should know them...but who? Been playing with fun cars for a long time. But never a truck specialist. Plan on an OTS COBB tune when available. Cobb did really well on my other car and they’ve always offered great support to customers. I know a lot of happy people on 6speedonline forum.

For now I’m on lights and the aforementioned cobb tune! For the 1st time in my life I don’t want exhaust, that makes me very happy especially considering the last 3 cars costs. Yikes. I’m excited.
