Why didnt you get all the extras they say

I got everything except graphics, any dealer installed accessories, and a hole in the roof. I figure if Ford has problems keeping water from leaking in through the third brake light then why would I want a sunroof to leak and/or get stuck at some point.

I opted out of the over priced fancy package as well. There were things I wanted that are in the package but I wasn't going to spend $4,500 to get them. Some of you may feel it was worth it but it just wasn't to me. I would have ripped out the piece of crap sony system anyways and I live in Los Angeles so heated / cooled seats I can live without. I liked the HID head lights and the NAV system but thats all I wanted. I'm living without them just fine though.

I am about to order a Raptor next week, how long does it take till I get it?

It all depends on what number you are on the list. Also different dealerships get them faster than others.

Approximately how long?

Well.... I ordered mine and it took about 7 weeks for delivery. I've heard of people having to wait up to 6 months to get their truck.
