Where are we (gen 1 owners) on the food chain?

I'm particularly looking at Baja style performance and so I guess wheel travel numbers? I wish I could find comparison info with ..

1. Ram Rebel. (anyone know the suspension travel)
2. Tacoma TRD Pro

And I sorta would like to know how easily we can get equivalent or better specs than our Gen 2 brothers. Does all it take is new UCAs and a bumpstop kit? Deavers? Do the OEM 3.0s kick that much ass?

Stock Gen2 is only a little more clearance front and back and they’re still running Gen1 trucks at Raptor Assault, so they must be pretty capable. In fact one of the instructors in the Jennifer was leaving me for bad for a while, so not too shabby.

OTOH... The only mechanical in my class - The Jennifer had to be towed home. Jennys made it back under their own power.

It was some picayune issue; electronics as i recall.

I’m sure you can easily mod a Jennifer for more height and some extra travel and not break the bank.
