whats wrong with my trucks transmission?

friday i was getting on it a little bit and then a wrench came up on my display and my odometer would no longer read my speed it went to zero and sat there. truck was stuck in 5th gear... i had to shift it manually. i then restartrd the truck and it was gone, but same thing happened again today

also i have done the tsb on my truck for the transmission

It sounds like the lead frame TSB. Are you sure it was done?
