The link only says it includes reverse, tag and cargo lights, but shows tail/brake lights lit up. So, is it just these three lights, or what?

New spark plugs at 79400 miles and got an FRF member Tony R from Riverside CA build me a set of retrofit HID lights. Yes I have a 2013 and two years ago I sold my factory HID lights, wend LED conversion on a different set and now back at square one. lol They are brighter than the factory ones.

So it’s not just me. The gap between the headlight and the grill is typically uneven?

You should be able to switch just the bulbs.

There's a bunch of options but I think these work...

DS3: OSRAM Xenarc 66340 CBB (7000K) HID Bulbs, Pair - 4x4TruckLEDs.com

There's comparison videos out there somewhere.

Also, I think the owner of that 4x4 LEDs shop is a member/vendor here.
