@Crikk what was the feedback from the others that followed you in terms of Amber dust light?

Since I am not a Facebook person how much is this and was it difficult to install a and wire up?

What the set up in terms of dust light brake light and function modes?

Looks like a cool idea and at least in photos it appears to be well made.

Could you explain? Is just a replacement super expensive?

I just replaced mine in September and it was $119, now they are 3-$400 for factory replacement. For that money I'd go this route. I don't know the cost of Miller 3rd brake light but not gonna pay $400 for replacement.

For what ever reason the factory replacement light has jumped in price from msrp of $150 to $300 at the dealer. I have had two go bad in 5 years somimbought a spare at the $150 price last fall before the big jump. This miller version looks pretty cool for those that go on off road rounds for sure.

All of these will be a little unique, I don't really like the Amber from BD, is more of a yellow. So I used some orange stain glass spray paint and did like 10 coats. It worked but I need to do a couple more. The s2 is so bright. I have mine hooked up to the ambers I have in the rear window. And the white light is hooked up to my rear whites in the bumper.

But yea, I had a couple people tell me to turn it off because it was so bright.

Thanks for the feedback. My old rear amber was more yellow also I think amber or yellow works well. Usually when asked to turn it off they are following to close or it's on the street or stoped waiting to go. I personally like them very bright so when it gets really dusty snow or dirt it can be seen far away and helps me not to follow to close. I am going to have to look onto this one. Thanks for the video that helps very much.

Hey WG, I was in his group this year and he is not kidding about them being bright. To the point that they were too bright. Even being several trucks back they were obnoxious. He too is right that the color is yellow and not amber. It is closer to white than it is yellow. Quality product for sure, but I think it needs to be tempered a little if it is going to be used for a rear facing. Day time is more manageable but when it was dark it was offensive.

@Mike175 thanks for the feedback. I know what you are saying about maybe being to bright. I followed a truck with some KC flex lights 2 pods on each side and it was to bright up close but really nice once we got the spacing right on the trails. They were for sure to bright on the street.

@Cirkk I think adding some more paint or Laminex yellow film to these really bright lights will help to make them less distracting.
