Call SDHQ and ask just for the trim piece that's part of this kit.

Zoom in and you can see it's a 1/8" painted steel plate that utilizes the tab holes to secure. Think it was about $100 with hardware and shipping.

Make you own block off plate. Gotta be able to do it for less than $20 and a few hours of time..

Can you not use a bracket to mount the light bar flush with the bumper? I used the one from Rigid.

Negative. The light bar installed will physically only fit where it is currently installed. It's too big to go elsewhere.
