Theodore Robins Ford Positive Experience

Tried out Theodore Robins Ford in Costa Mesa, CA today for a simple service and staff and facility are great.
Much better than some other dealers I've been to in the area.
It looks like they are very mod friendly by the look of the Raptors that were in the service area.

They are mod friendly, and service reps are great. However the attention to detail by the techs are lacking. I picked mine up just now. After one week of them finding parts to fix the interior they destroyed on mine.

Also I was wondering why it smelt like exhaust and was loud in the the passenger corner. Turns out they forgot to put the seal on by the PCM. They also forgot to reattach a few hoses. Small things here and there, but the seal is a big deal with carbon monoxide.

I take ownership in knowing my truck has a lot of aftermarket and it is harder for them to work on. Because of that I give them a pass on some of the issues I had.

On the whole they are the best in Orange County.
