Clear your browser, restart tbe browser try again.

It could be your browser is trying to download the 4.4 still which has been removed.

I submitted one yesterday and one this morning. Still no go. Tried multiple browsers too. It's very strange

Is it asking to run a version check?
Can't hurt to run it and submit the (.xml) file.
Look for full Sync download history, see if 4.4 is looking for verification.
It could be the site is glitched today.

I don't see 4.4 at all. Ford owner site says my Sync is up to date @ 3.6.2 and I just did a vehicle health report yesterday.

It's not for you, 2010 1/2 to 2012 Sync with Voice Nav only.
2010 1/2 to 2012 non voice nav also use different software.
2013 and 2014 use MFT

I think there is a newer one for you guys I did one on my daughter's 2013 Escape a year ago.
Do a forum search for MFT. I could be wrong.

Running a vehicle health report and then the version checker is the best way to update your owners page.
