Sync turn off irritating prompts

2011 - how do I get this thing to stop asking me what I want to do or prompt me "please say a command" etc it goes on and on. I just want to give it commands and have it not talk to me.

On my 13 I go in the system settings on the screen and turn it from novice to advanced or something of the like

I don't believe you can and '12 and under. You can shorten them a bit, but she's still just as annoying.
