I loved having remote start in my Magnum when I had to park outside. Set yourself up right in the evening, then in the morning press a button when getting ready and 10 minutes later head out to a warm defrosted ready to go car? Made life bearable and so much nicer at during those winter months, getting up at 3:30am to go to work.

If it ties into the DETAC you don't have to do anything other start it. It will automatically go to defrost or AC.
