Jeep was totaled, and it was the Raptor drivers fault for going too fast around a blind corner...

I was offroading recently and was in a blind corner and almost went head-on with a guy riding a desert quad. Both of us were hauling ass. We both slammed on our brakes and swerved to our right at about the last instant. It was a very narrow miss. Julian was right behind me in his Raptor and almost hit me when I was on the brakes. Had the collision(s) happened, I think it would have been a LOT worse than that Jeep for the quad guy.

Im Not Old! But I have seen so many crosses. I go out all the time and see choppers land all the time, and there is always a cross there next time. The worst part? Seeing the dates. Two crosses, one last name, died on the same day in the same spot on quads. Hit each other. Dated the last time I was there, when the helicopters came. Ive seen that exact scenario at El Mirage alone at least 3 times

That SUCKS

I've had two corner close calls myself. A rock buggy chasing me down for a race, which I won, and a kid on a quad. I think it maybe flag time. Anything that will help avoid that stuff I figure. I got a mount figuered out in my head, I just got to make it happen:weld:

Sold a dirt bike to a friend of mine who decided to let a friend of his ride it
down a narrow road, mind you neither people coming to the intersection noticed one another because of tall shrubs and trees.
My friends friend left the scene in a body bag..

jeepcrash.jpg

the guy tried to swing a u-turn without looking on an undivided 50mph highway. i jumped out and took a pic and then turned around...pushed the guy and got in his face screaming bloody hell calling him all kinds of names until the cops came and asked me to take a walk.
