I've been looking at used prices and it seems a 12 or 13 used is 53-56. I went to the local Canadian dealer and he quoted me 56 for a loaded non se and 59 for a se. All 2014s. He claimed this was invoice pricing. I was mildly surprised. Do used raptors hold their price well?

They hold their value exceptionally well. You gotta do some digging to find a good used price or someone willing to deal. I'm sure it doesn't helping being in Canada.
