Raptor as a murder weapon

Rap mogul Suge Knight allegedly ran over two people with his Raptor, one of them fatally. The deceased is actor Terry Carter, who I used to watch on the original Battlestar Galactica as Col. Tigh.

Edit: Looks like it wasn't the same Terry Carter who played Col. Tight. Which answers the question of why he'd be hanging out with Suge Knight...
