No Bluetooth audio - note 8

Joys of a new phone. No Bluetooth audio using note 8. Ford sync latest version. Total fail.

Any ideas beyond the obvious- reset system. Unpair / pair blah blah blah?

What year is your truck? My Note 8 works perfectly with my 2010.

2011. Calls work. No music playback.

It could be a fire prevention safety feature

Works fine with note 3 / 5 iPhone and all other galaxy devices. Stumped on this one.

I had to pull my sync fuse on my 12 for the same issue

Not a bad place to go next for OP.

I'd say make sure it can pair to another vehicle if you can. That'd at least tell you which side the problem is on.

No music or no phone calls or both?
If no music check phone settings. Samsung somtimes disables music.
Go into bluetooth settings on phone, click the gear next to SYNC and make sure Media is turned on.

Nothing that simple done all that already. Like I said - calls Yes, music no.will try fuse that the last thing to try

Fuse did nothing. Looks like lots of people having same issue across other vehicles. Lame.
