That's A/C oil. It has dye in it to find small leaks with a blacklight. Looks like you have a good size leak in the condenser.

Replace the condenser, add more PAG oil and recharge Freon.
You will need to take it to a repair shop to recharge it properly. They will put it under vacuum, they can then add oil and recharge.

Having major surgery at the dealer. Bunch of leaks being plugged. Looks like I caught it in time before more damage was done.
