MPG update on my 6.2

We all the know the story...6.2, MPG, blah-blah-blah. Figured I'd share some info though for those newbies or anyone else that's wondering. I've got 3500 miles on my 6.2 now and am seeing 380-390 mi. a tank. That's city and highway mixed. So averaging 14-15mpg combined in this thing, ain't too shabby in my book. I'm anxious to see what it'll get when I drive to Vegas for the Raptor Roundup but, there's a good bit of hills I need to drive over too, should be o.k. for a hwy estimate. Oh, I do have new exhaust now though......hmmm.....we'll see how it goes I guess. Just thought I'd share

Wow that's pretty much the norm on most 5.4's as well. Maybe Ford wasnt too far off.

Thanks for the info. I wouldn't think the exhaust changes you made would have any impact on mileage.

That's pretty damn good. My truck get's that with the 5.4. I'm doing 75-80 all the time, but still not far off the 6.2

My 6.2 is getting around 13.0 for the last couple fill-ups, just over 1100 miles now.
