I sure hope it was the moonroof that was leaking and not the gps antennae on the rf of the roof too! They were known to leak on the early models.

I thought it may be the antenna, but was able to track it down to a leaky track. Here are some pics of the mess I was left with. Phone pics so not to detailed.

Holy, I think they missed scraping only one panel. That's going to be expensive to fix. They'll have to replace those silver trim pieces. Maybe all of them, jeeesh, that's just terrible to see.

I know, they really tore it up inside. I only have 3700 miles on it - none of those marks were there when it went in - I have never had any passengers in my vehicle only me. Hopefully Crystal can help me out - I couldn't believe it when I saw all of the damage - first one then another and so on - all I want is it back the way it was when I showed up - not asking alot here - they damaged it they should fix it.

Just replacaced my sunroof myself. Dealer would've cost $1500-$2000. I spent about $175 altogether. I managed to scratch one panel in the process on my passenger rear door.

Hi B-52Gunner,

I recommend bringing this to the attention of your service manager immediately; I know they'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Workmanship issues fall outside the scope of concerns that I'm permitted to assist with, so I suggest bringing this up when you speak to your CSM about the repairs. Keep us in the loop; if at any point you'd like me to document your feedback about this dealership, just send another PM my way.

Crystal

My roof made a loud pop and is now stuck sideways and just a little bit open. I know that lazy slob down at the dealership don't give a damn about doing a good job. Been thinking of doing myself. Any advice?
