Obviously none of them truely know how brutal the California deserts are if they are comparing it to havoc in the hills. There is a reason why the koh trucks only race once a year. The farthest I would take my raptor is to the pits

Only once a year eh? Ultra4 races multiple races throughout the US every year. One of the places IS Rausch Creek where HITH was held. Now that has been pointed out, the HITH courses are nowhere near as tough or brutal as a normal Ultra4 RCQ Courses... a Raptor simply couldn't handle that degree of technical terrain.

here are a couple pictures from the Ultra4 races there:

The Raptor can crawl to a certain extent, but does have its limitations. Havoc in the Hills to my knowledge is the most brutal & technical closed course organized Raptor event to date and it probably will stay that way for awhile. The Ultra4 drivers on hand were pretty open about how amazed they were that the trucks were handling the rough & rocky courses we had put together for the event.

Its a compliment. You come here with an obvious language barrier, yet don't ask stupid questions, you do get your point across, and you aren't annoying. Its good to see.

A i seem what you mean
I disleptic, verbaly my american is as fluant as any US citizen

And stupid questions are those you could find with then search option or those that just not fit the forum

On the offroad sports :
Just the scenary and space you guys have is inconsiveble for me as a dutchmen, we recently got told we have the smallest witdh of all europeaannroads on average. And combine that with never beeing more then 10 kilometers from civilisation

Thanx for the compliment , and i hope to say a contributing factor to this community.

Ps : i ammthinking about creating a thread to summaries options
Link them to sellers , review, other forum thread etc
To make a glossary where new people can read about what types of upgrades are out there and how they are recieved by the community. Etc etc
Should i do it ??

Is that the same terrain the Raptors tackled at HITH? If not, lets not compare apples to oranges here.

From the videos I saw, the track looked nothing like what your pics indicate.

Just re-read your response WT... Different course I see.

We shared about 60-75% of the trails between HITH, Ultra4 & RCROCS, so by no means were the courses a cake walk. Infact I've heard that the first couple of RCROCS races in '14 at RC will be using the HITH course layouts. Since Ultra4 isn't going there next year & they are opening up more classes aimed for stock & 2wd types of vehicles to boost participation.

Mark, thanks for clarifying it.
