I think it might be a 79 - as the square headlights came out in the later part of 78. I've had 2 of each and a 78 1/2 F150.
nope its a 78, ordered in late summer of 1978 took delivery in october of 78. It needs paint, but the drive train is all new. .030 over 351m, balanced lower end. .010/.010 crank, heads decked and ported, comp cams k-kit, sp2p edelbrock intake, edelbrock carb, centerforce dual friction clutch, np435 trans will new clusters and sincros, new gears, tru-trac, 4wheel disc brakes, hydroboost brake booster, hydraulic clutch ram, 6way power seats, aluminum radiator, roll bar, rock sliders, 4.5" deaver lift springs, blah, blah, blah.......
and the only thing left stock on the 74 is the speedo
My neighbors don't talk to me much. I'm a redneck that lives in the heart of a big city so my vehicles don't play to well with the yuppie crowd. Although it is funny to think about what goes on when I crank up one of the big hp broncos with 3" exhaust at 5:30 in the morning.
