Identify This Part - Underside of Bed Box - Vibration Damper

There was a weight bolted to the rear frame, just above the rear leaf spring (had to remove it to get the upper bolt out) Not sure why it was there? Anyone else seen this.

Vibration dampener? It was bolted, but not tight so it vibrated when the truck was moving, up and down side to side. Weighted about 25 lbs.

Identify This Part - Underside of Bed Box

I don't know how I didn't see this before but as I was re-torquing the Stage 3 bolts I came across this item. It is a large rubber pad mounted between the frame rail and bed box on the driver's side.
