Your shocks will be fine.
Shocks need to move at excessive speed or hitting mechanical limits to be effected.

I'm sure the springs settled on the bump stops and nothing was hurt. Not a regularly recommended activity and 200 miles might have given you issues but 2 miles=all OK.

Uh oh, serious business here. I order an immediate and thorough investigation of the vehicle off-road to verify its still a Raptor.

So like a moron I loaded a palate of biobricks(wood) onto my raptor bed..
It sagged but drove it for 2 miles ...

Did I damage anything...total weight was about 1900lbs.

What might have been damaged?
