Just bought a used 2013 Raptor and the dealership sprayed black undercoating in the wheel wells, which seems to be a tar like material. Needless to say, they were very careless and got some overspray on the rear shocks. Any suggestions on how to get this off?

Yep!
Gonna do some other things to it for now. Will upgrade the shocks in the future. Would just like them to look perfect as I'm pretty picky. Will definitely try some of the cleaning options recommended. Thank you!
