Help me out with some ??? about my next mod. SVC tune or Lowrance external antenna

Thank you. The antenna is mounted with no obstructions, so no reception issues at all. As a matter of fact, I installed the antenna after the HDS unit to see the difference. Without the antenna, the unit would take about 15 seconds to show my point cursor. With the antenna, my location cursor is now on as soon as the unit turns on and even before the topo maps load.
