Front clunk going over bumps

Hi - I am getting a clunk sound from the front passenger side as I go over bumps. I was thinking it was a bad shock, but they are not leaking, and had been rebuilt prior to my purchase. Could it be the round bolt in the oblong hole of the A-arm? Thought it might be something like that based on what I was seeing in research.
