Are you calling the top number which is the telephone one or are you calling the bottom number which is the FAX line? t. 413-772-0989

I just talked to him yesterday at that same number. Occasionally I have had to leave a message and he will call you back asap.

You can also fill out the quote thing on the contact us page and he will call you right back also.

I filled out the form online and Troy replied almost immediately. Very responsive and helpful, and a great price. I think I'm pulling the trigger on this next month when the auto budget replenishes a little bit.

Sorry to rehabilitate a dead thread lol, anyone else have more input on ESP's? My brother and a few other people I talked to swear by Warrick Ford. Said, they never had an issue getting service, coverage and all that Jazz. Seem to offer good prices too from who I've talked to there, any thoughts or experiences?

I think that once you have a Ford ESP, any Ford dealer will honor it, so pick the servicing dealer you like best. I hit my ESP from FD Warranty, and my dealer in a Florida will accept it with a smile. Saved more than half.
